Brad was a golden find! He was personable, kind, and professional on the job. I could tell right away that I was going to get some honest work from him, and I absolutely did. The bottom of our sink was a crater after several water leaks, and instead of overcharging us for a needless replacement, he found special material to fit and fill the bottom with a baseboard that won’t soak in water if this ever happens again. Plus, he screwed in our moving shelf for no extra charge and just offered it as a courtesy. It looks like night and day, he was quick about it too. I can’t recommend him enough and as we may sell our home, if we need more repairs, he will be our first call! See our before and after photos if you’re not convinced!

I had a great experience with the Problem-Solved Handyman. Brad responded quickly and get me scheduled the next day. He asked me to find enough issues to fill out his two-hour appointment. He replaced a chirping smoke detector on my vaulted ceiling. That was worth his fee. Then he did several other jobs. We discussed ideas for a future visit, too.
